Draperstown Man Fined £5000 for Non-compliance with Enforcement Notice

A Draperstown man has been fined £5,000 at Magherafelt Magistrates' Court on 23 April 2010 for non-compliance with an Enforcement Notice after failing to remove a concrete base.
Mr John Paul McNally of Glenviggan Road, Draperstown failed to remove a concrete base from a site at Moyard Road, Draperstown. Planning Service brought the charges under Article 72(6) of the Planning (NI) Order 1991 as amended, which relates to a second or subsequent offence following the preceding conviction.
