Owner Fined £11,000 for Demolition of Listed Buildings
A Co Tyrone woman was fined £11,000 at Dungannon Magistrates’ Court today for demolishing a number of listed buildings. Jean Beacon of Corick House, 20 Corick Road, Clougher, applied in January 2005 to expand the existing premises by adding ten additional bedrooms. This was approved subject to retention of the existing outbuildings.
In November 2007 Planning Service became aware that the outbuildings had been demolished.
