Couple fined for unauthorised change of use
Owners Mr J Devlin and Mrs D Devlin, 120 Ardboe Raad, Coagh, Cookstown were each fined £200.00 plus court costs of £85 today.
This was for an unauthorised change of use from dwelling house to House of Multiple Occupation at 21 Eglantine Avenue, Belfast.
Planning Service brought the action under article 67A (1)(a) of the Planning (NI) Order 1991
