Man fined £500

On 14th September 2009 Mr Liam McKeefry of 15 Sherrygrim Rd, Stewartstown was convicted at Dungannon Magistrates' Court for non compliance with an Enforcement Notice. The Notice was served under Article 67A (1) (a) of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 (As Amended) and required Mr McKeefry to remove unauthorised infilling and restore the land to the rear of his property. A fine was imposed of £500 along with legal costs of £75 and Court costs of £10.
