Local Woman fined for Breach of Planning Control

Miss Dawn McCleave of 4 CredenHill Park Dunmurry, was today fined £200 plus £91 costs at Lisburn Magistrates' Court.
Miss McCleave pleaded guilty to non-compliance on two counts; 1. unauthorised construction of an external staircase and formation of a first floor doorway on the north east elevation and 2. the installation of dormer windows on the south eastern elevation of no 4 Credenhill Park Dunmurry without the grant of planning permission required under Part IV Article 67A(1)(a) of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 as amended and was fined £100 for each count.
Further action by Planning Service is suspended awaiting the outcome of the Planning Appeals Commission decision on the retrospective planning application, which was refused and has been appealed.
