Coleraine Man Fined £250 for Non-compliance with an Enforcement Notice

A Coleraine man pleaded guilty and was fined a total of £250 with £107 costs at Coleraine Magistrates' Court today for non-compliance with a Planning Service Enforcement Notice
Crawford Henderson, the secretary of Henderson Food Halls Limited, Queen Street, Coleraine, was issued with an Operational Development Notice seeking the removal of retaining wall, hard standing for vehicle wash and associated shed at 4 Milltown Road, Ballymoney.
The Planning Service brought the action under Article 72 of the Planning (NI) Order 1991 (as amended) as is procedure where an enforcement notice is not complied with.
