Belfast man fined for unauthorised use of land

A Belfast proprietor of a building materials business was today fined £500.00 plus costs at Newtownards Magistrates' Court for non compliance with a Planning Service Enforcement Notice
Mr Jackie Davidson of Wynard Park, Belfast, was charged with the unauthorised use of land sale, storage and supply of building materials at Upper Braniel Road, Castlereagh.
