Belfast man fined

Mr Edward Sayers of 52 Killown Street, Belfast was fined £5000.00 plus court costs of £85 on 12 August 2009 in Enniskillen Magistrates Court. This was in respect of the non-compliance with a Material Change of Use Enforcement Notice served on 16 November 2006 under Article 67(1)(a) of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 (As amended). The Notice required Mr Sayers to cease the use of the land for storage of cabins, vehicles, commercial catering equipment and furniture.
