Ballymoney man fined for non-compliance

Co Antrim man fined £250 for an unauthorised mobile home
Ballymoney man was fined £250 plus £70 costs to the Department of the Environment and £16 court costs, at Coleraine Magistrates’ Court today.
Mr Traynor of Kilraughts Road, Ballymoney, was fined for non-compliance with a breach of condition enforcement notice which was served on 17 March 2007.
Mr Traynor was required to remove a mobile home from a site at Kilraughts Road, Ballymoney.
