Interim Statement – Malone Conservation Area Character Appraisal

The Planning Service has issued an Interim Statement entitled The Malone Conservation Area Character Appraisal.
The Interim Statement clarifies the weight that should be accorded, in making planning decisions, to the provisions of the Malone Conservation Area Character Appraisal Public Consultation Draft, published on 16th October 2004.
