Planning (Avian Influenza) Special Development Order

This Statutory Rule provides limited permitted development rights in every circumstance where the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (DARD) require poultry or other captive birds to be housed or otherwise kept separate from other poultry or wild birds in order to protect them from avian influenza. The rights become exercisable as soon and for as long as the DARD requirement is in place.
