An Independent Panel was appointed to conduct an Examination in Public (EIP) of the Belfast City Airport’s Planning Agreement.
The Department of the Environment decided that an EIP should be conducted as part of its review of the above Planning Agreement. The decision followed a public consultation exercise during which representations were received from key interested parties including, residents groups, Belfast City Airport, airline operators, Councils and the general public.
The EIP has now completed and the panel has reported to the Department
