The information on floorspace has been provided by the Valuation and Lands Agency on the basis of original survey work undertaken by the Department.
The Department has received a number of requests for information in relation to the underlying retail floorspace figures which informed the Retail Study Report. It has been decided therefore to make this information available on the website in order that all parties to the Independent Examination will have access to it.
The information on floorspace has been provided by the Valuation and Lands Agency on the basis of original survey work undertaken by the Department. The information is attached as a supporting document to the Retail Study Report.
