What can I do if my application is refused or granted subject to conditions?
20. You may within 6 months of the date of your decision notice appeal in writing to the Planning Appeals Commission
(PAC).
The decision of the PAC in appeals is final and binding on the Department. Appeals may be dealt with by making written representations (with or without an accompanied site visit) or you may request a hearing (informal or formal) at which you or your representative can present your case.
