Development Plan Stage 5: The Adopted Plan

 
The Planning System: Preparing Development PlansThe Adopted Plan is published accompanied by the PAC Report and an Adoption Statement.  A Notice of Adoption is placed in the local press.
The Adoption Statement details the decisions made in respect of the recommendations contained in the report of the Independent Examination and the reasons for those decisions.  The statement also details the changes made compared to the Draft Plan.
