Local Area Planning Offices

Please note that from 1^st April 2011 the division of district planning teams has been restructured into five new Planning Areas as follows:

Western – Cookstown, Dungannon & South Tyrone, Fermanagh, Magherafelt and Omagh.

Northern – Ballymoney, Coleraine, Derry City, Limavady, Moyle and Strabane.

South Antrim – Antrim, Ballymena, Carrickfergus, Larne and Newtownabbey.

Belfast – Ards, Belfast, Castlereagh, Lisburn and North Down.

Southern. – Armagh City, Banbridge, Craigavon, Down and Newry & Mourne.

However the location of each district planning team remains the same with only the managerial structure of some being reorganised. This means that the Principal Planning Officer and Area Planning Manager responsible for some teams may be primarily based in a different office.

Customers should continue to submit planning applications and associated correspondence to the same planning office as before. Contact details for each office and the district planning teams located in each are listed below.
