It should be noted that, on occasion, the ‘details’ column refers to a number of elements covering various aspects of the Plan.
Where the Details column states 'strategic', the representation includes comments relating to Volume 1 of the Plan. You are strongly advised to check representations, particularly from agents, as where the Details column may state 'Site specific' or give a particular address, the representation may include strategic elements also. Some representations have been recorded as 'Strategic and Site Specific Comments' where they relate to a range of matters and should also be checked to identify these.
The representations include objections to the Plan, letters of support for the Plan, and comments on associated Technical Supplements. Technical supplements inform the Draft Plan but are not part of the Plan. Comments made to technical supplements are not, therefore, considered representations to the Plan. Similarly, representations to the Strategic Environmental Assessment do not form part of the Plan.
If you experience difficulties in searching the representations please contact a member of the NAP team or send an email to: coleraine.planning@doeni.gov.uk.
