| Review Arrangements |
| 7.1 A review of this document will be
undertaken by the Minister, advised jointly by the core of the Department and the agency,
within 5 years of the establishment of the agency. |
| 7.2 The Minister and/or the Chief
Executive may at any time propose changes to this document in the light of the
agency’s operational experience or any change of circumstances. Such proposals will
be subject to consultation with the Department of Finance and Personnel. Any changes will
be subject to consultation with staff and their recognised trade union representatives and
to approval by Ministers. |

| 7.3 Copies of the Framework Document and
any subsequent amendments will be placed in the Libraries of both Houses of Parliament.
