authority to :- |
| Capital
Expenditure |
| 1. Carry over in full to
the next financial year any underspend on capital provision from the
previous financial year - subject to the Department’s overall eligibility
and qualification under the Nl Block Capital End Year Flexibility Scheme. |
| Running Costs |
| 2. Manage the running
costs allocation as a single budget. |
| 3. Carry over in full,
to the next financial year, any underspend on running costs from the
previous financial year - subject to the Department’s overall eligibility
and qualification under the NI Block DRC End Year Flexibility Scheme. |
| Write-offs
and Special Payments |
| 4. Authorise all
write-offs and special payments subject to Department of Finance and
Personnel guidelines. |
| Disposal of
Assets |
| 5. Authorise the
disposal of all assets subject to Department of Finance and Personnel
guidelines. |
| Use of
Consultants |
| 6. Authorise expenditure
on individual consultancy services subject to Department of Finance and
Personnel guidelines. |
| Information
Technology Products |
| 7. Authorise expenditure
on Information Technology projects up to £250K Department of Finance and
Personnel guidelines. |
| Single Tender
Action |
| 8. Authorise single
negotiated tender action up to £500K subject to Department of Finance and
Personnel guidelines. |

| 9. Transfer from DRC to
