| Validation of Key Performance
Targets |
| 2. The primary responsibility for
satisfying the Minister that targets have been met lies with the Chief Executive who will
set up a properly managed internal system of data collection validated, when appropriate,
by the agencys internal auditors or by work commissioned from an outside source. |
| 3. Each year when the Chief Executive is
submitting the Annual Report and Accounts to the Minister, the submission will include a
statement concerning the reliability and integrity of the various performance data,
including details of the exercises undertaken to validate the data. |
