1. The agency’s key performance measures are :

Validation of Key Performance Targets
2. The primary responsibility for satisfying the Minister that targets have been met lies with the Chief Executive who will set up a properly managed internal system of data collection validated, when appropriate, by the agency’s internal auditors or by work commissioned from an outside source.
3. Each year when the Chief Executive is submitting the Annual Report and Accounts to the Minister, the submission will include a statement concerning the reliability and integrity of the various performance data, including details of the exercises undertaken to validate the data.
