    The (General Development)(Amendment No.2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007 (S.R. 2007 No. 432)

    This Statutory Rule was made on 8th October 2007 under Article 13 (development orders) of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 and will come into operation on 17th December 2007.

    The purpose of this Statutory Rule is to amend Part 6 (agricultural buildings and operations) of Schedule 1 to the Planning (General Development) Order (NI) 1993 by extending the time period during which Class A permitted development rights are in operation from 31 December 2007 to 31 December 2008.
