Revised Planning Application - Householder Development Form PHD
10th September 2007

In June 2007 Planning Service published a revised version of the Planning Application – Householder Development Form PHD.

The form which has been revised extensively came into use on the 25th June 2007 and has been available in divisional planning offices since then. Initially a 12 week lead-in period was set to allow agents to re-stock their supplies.

Please remember that from Monday 17th September 2007 only the revised version of the form (dated June 2007) will be accepted by Planning Service and applications submitted from that date on the old version of the form will be returned as invalid.

You can find guidance on how to complete planning applications on the Planning Applications Forms page or by contacting your local planning office.
