Welcome to the planning statistics homepage of the Planning Service Website.

The Planning Service is committed to implementing best practice for the provision of statistical information to the public, elected representatives, planning agents, developers and research bodies.

Due to unforeseen quality assurance issues the Planning Service has revised it's timetable for the release of annual and quarterly statistical publications using this website. The revised publication timetable brings the Planning Service into line with other NI Government Departments in meeting its obligation to proactively publish information as required by the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and The Freedom of Information Act 2000.
