New Building Preservation Notice Compensation Regulations

The Planning (Claims for Compensation) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 (S.R.2006 No. 238)

This Statutory Rule was made on 31 May 2006 under Article 67A of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1972 (compensation for loss or damage due to service of building preservation notice) and will come into operation on 3 July 2006.

The purpose of this Statutory Rule is to prescribe the time within and the manner in which a claim for compensation for loss or damage due to service of a building preservation notice is made to the Department.
