Amendment to Inquiry Procedure Rules

The Planning (Inquiry Procedure) (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2006 (SR 2006 No.259) comes into operation on 19th June 2006


The purpose of this Statutory Rule is to make a minor technical amendment to the Planning (Inquiry Procedure) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2006, (SR 2006 No 213) to amend the definition of "electronic communication" included in those Rules.
