The Planning (Electronic Communications) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006 (SR 2006 No. 276)

This Statutory Rule was made on 23 June 2006 and will come into operation on 1 August 2006. It modifies statutory provisions for the purpose of facilitating electronic communications in the delivery of planning services.

It will also assist in enabling DOE Planning Service to meet government commitments to deliver its ePIC project which will be rolled out across the current financial year and is in line with Departmental plans to provide planning services electronically.
