The Planning (General Development) (Amendment No.2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006

The Planning (General Development) (Amendment No.2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006 SR No.348, which revises permitted development rights for the installation of microwave antennas, comes into operation on 21st September 2006.

The Order increases the number of antennas that may be erected on both dwelling houses and other buildings. It also introduces a definition of designated area and permitted development rights for the installation of antennas on buildings situated within such areas.
