How to obtain information held by Planning Service

A wide range of information is already available to the public either in printed form (for which there may be a charge) or on the website. Details of the information available is listed in the DOE Publication Scheme External link

If the information you want is not available from these sources, you can ask for information in writing from your local Divisional Planning Office or by using the Online Request Form.

Please note that when requesting information you must include the following details to ensure that the request is dealt with as quickly as possible:

  • Your name and address
  • The information or documents you would like to access
  • The way you would like the information to be sent to you (for example as hard copy, via email etc)
