Freedom of InformationHow do I make a complaint?You have the right to complain to the Department if we do not deal with your request for information within the timescales set by the legislation, which is not normally not later than 40 working days after the date your enquiry is received. Under the terms of the legislation, if you unhappy with this response you have the right to seek a review by the Department in the first instance. Your complaint will be investigated by the Department’s Director of Corporate Services. Normally you will receive a reply within 40 working days after the date your complaint is received.
