The
Corporate Services Directorate takes the lead in key areas of the
Agency's business such as financial planning, efficiency planning,
electronic planning, quality improvement, process improvement and Investors in
People .
The Corporate Services Directorate also provides the support,
guidance and expertise relating to personnel management, learning
and development, financial, accounting, ICT, and administrative
services, for the Agency’s business.
The
Corporate Services Directorate is responsible for:
- developing, controlling
and maintaining financial management, accounting,
personnel and other corporate management systems which
support the delivery of business objectives and improve
the Agency’s capacity to enhance, review and monitor its
performance;
- championing Quality
Improvement and Investors in People;
- developing, maintaining
and operating systems of financial planning and control
which are appropriate to the Agency’s business and
consistent with Government Accounting, Resource
Accounting, and Audit requirements;
- promoting the development
of policies and procedures which will ensure that the
Agency operates efficiently and economically in the
delivery of its business objectives, within allocated
resources;
- development of the Agency’s
ICT Strategy; and
- overseeing the development
of health & safety and human resource strategies.
