Commenting

The Counter Objection period allows for representations about objections to the Plan to be submitted. These representations to the objections are known as Counter Objections. Any representations about objections to the Draft Plan may be considered at a subsequent public local inquiry.

Submission of Counter Objections

The Department invites representations about objections to the Draft Plan which must be submitted, to the address below, in writing and received not later than 5.00pm on 23rd May 2006.

Anyone making a representation about an objection may also ask to be notified in writing of the Department’s decision in relation to their representation at such address as they specify.  It should also be noted that such written representations will be available for public inspection and will be referred to at the Public Inquiry.

Representations about letters of support for the Draft Plan received during the 8-week period are not invited and cannot be considered at the public inquiry.
