Latest news about the Plan: Clarification about Maps included in the Retail Study Report

The Department recently became aware that the maps showing the recommended retail designations for Central Craigavon, Lurgan and Portadown accompanying the Retail Study report published on the Planning Service website, when downloaded, did not necessarily show the correct boundaries for those designations recommended in the Study.

The Department has now rectified this problem to ensure that all the maps published on the website in connection with the Draft Plan are accurate and correspond with each other and would apologise for any inconvenience caused. The Department would point out, however, that the maps showing the proposed retail designations published with the Draft Plan itself were accurate in relation to the boundaries shown in both the published hard copy version and that published on the website.
