Independent Examination

The Department has confirmed that the Independent Examination to be held by the Planning Appeals Commission to consider objections to the draft Craigavon Town Centre Boundaries & Retail Designations Plan 2010 will commence at 10.00am on Monday 3 September 2007 in Portadown Town Hall, Edward Street, Portadown, and will continue thereafter as necessary.

Copies of all objections and representations about objections to the Draft Plan which are to be considered at the Independent Examination are available for inspection at the Craigavon Divisional Planning Office, Marlborough House, Central Way, Craigavon, BT64 1AD, between 10.30am and 4.30pm until Friday 14 September 2007, excluding public holidays, or by following the relevant links on this website.

The attached notice is appearing in the local and provincial press during the weeks ending 3 and 10 August 2007.
