Independent Examination into Plan
The Department has decided to cause an Independent Examination to be held by the Planning Appeals Commission for the purpose of considering objections to the Draft Plan.
The Planning Appeals Commission (PAC) has now arranged for the Independent Examination to commence on the 3rd September 2007. Further details can be obtained from the PAC website.
