Knockgulliagh
 

 
Knocknagulliah is located approximately 2.5kms west of Whitehead on the A2 Belfast / Larne Road, a protected route. It is a linear settlement with a population of 80, in 2001 and comprising some 30 dwellings which straddle the carriageway.

A Settlement Development Limit is designated as identified on Map No. 7 - Knocknagulliagh.

The Settlement Development Limit is designated to protect the setting of the settlement and prevent further ribbon development along the A2. Only limited opportunity exists within the Settlement Development Limit for appropriate infill and replacement dwellings in line with the settlements role and character.
