Following the Independent Examination held on 1-3 October 2007 to consider objections to the Draft Plan, the Planning Appeals Commission (PAC) presented its Report to the Department on 18 March 2008.
The Department has now considered the contents of the Report and its recommendations and is publishing the adopted version of The Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) Subject Plan for Belfast City Council Area.
With the Plan, the Department is also publishing an Adoption Statement which details the Department’s consideration of the PAC Report and the resulting changes that have been made to the Plan.

- Statement under Regulation 15 of the Environmental Assessment of Plans and Programmes Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004

- DRD Statement of General Conformity with Regional Development Strategy
