Distribution of Housing Growth Potential

Following discussion at Stage One of the Public Inquiry the Department is now putting forward proposals for the distribution of housing growth potential in BMAP to take account of the Adjusted Housing Growth Indicators and which consist of the following documents:
Distribution of Housing Growth Potential Paper
A paper setting out the Departmental approach to the distribution of housing
growth potential in the Belfast Metropolitan Area and Belfast Metropolitan
Area Hinterland.
Appendix 1 – Metropolitan Urban Area Summary
Summary of the scorings for all relevant objection sites in the Metropolitan Urban Area by District.
Appendix 2 – Metropolitan Urban Area Assessments
Assessments of all relevant objection sites in the Metropolitan
Urban Area by District.
Appendix 3 – Metropolitan Rural Area Summary
Summary of the scorings for all relevant objection sites in the Metropolitan Rural Area by District.
Appendix 4 – Metropolitan Rural Area Assessments
Assessments of all relevant objection sites in the Metropolitan Rural Area by District.
The Site References in the above appendices refer to the BMAP objection number.
