Retail study update

On 10 Jan 2006 Planning Service commissioned Colliers CRE to update the quantitative conclusions of the June 2003 Retail Study, published as Technical Supplement No. 4 to BMAP. The update focuses on the data, quantitative analysis and conclusions of the June 2003 Study and provides a descriptive analysis of the impact of the Sprucefield Centre Ltd planning application which incorporates John Lewis at Sprucefield and on the need within the BMA for new retail floorspace.
