Search BMAP Representations

Advice for Searching Representations

The details included in the list only provide a general indication of issues raised. In searching, details such as the following can be used;

• Settlement/location reference;
• Plan proposal reference;
• Topic references (e.g. green belt, retail etc.
• It is advisable to search using a number of variations in terminology e.g. settlement limit or development limit.
• If searching for designation reference numbers (e.g. COU 1 or ENV 3) it is recommended to use the 'Exact Phrase' option.
• It should be noted that where the ‘details’ column refers to ‘Multiple Issues’ this is generally where issues are too numerous to list and are therefore not individually identifiable without reading the representation.
• If you experience difficulties in searching the representations please contact a member of the BMAP team
