Planning Service has temporarily suspended any further substantive work on the preparation of the Armagh Area Plan 2018 pending the outcome of the Department's appeal of the legal judgements handed down in the High Court in relation to the Environmental Reports which accompanied the draft Northern and Magherafelt Area Plans. Planning Service regrets having to take this course of action but will review the position again upon completion of the appeal proceedings.
